Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chain Operations: Efficiency, Sustainability, and Implementation Barriers

This study is part of a bachelor thesis examining how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is adopted and perceived in logistics and supply chain management, and under what conditions it can support operational efficiency and environmental sustainability. The survey is anonymous, takes approximately 8-12 minutes, and all responses are used solely for academic purposes. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.

Participation in this survey is voluntary. You may stop the survey at any time before submitting your responses without providing a reason. No disadvantages will result from choosing not to participate.

The survey is anonymous. No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or IP address) will be collected or stored. Your responses will be used exclusively for academic research purposes and will only be analysed in aggregated form.

The collected data will be stored securely and accessed only by the researcher and the thesis supervisor, if required for academic supervision. The data will be deleted after the completion of the thesis in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
